On Tuesday, September 8th, 2005 Tri-State Area Paranormal Phenomena Research Society became a legal entity, which is recognized by the United States Government as a Social Group. Under this status, anything bought for TRAPPRS is eligible for a refund on taxes later in the year. Early in 2006 TRAPPRS will be filing for Chapter 355 RSMo Domestic Non-Profit Corporation. This will allow us to be tax-exempt on the purchase of equipment.
